Minimum age for adventure tours: The following adventures tours have a minimum age of 12 years required by Hotel Pure – Costa Rica Tour division: White Water Rafting, Horseback Riding, Canoeing, Biking, Canopy, ATV vehicles, River Floating, Kayaking, Snorkeling, Mountain biking and Fun biking. The Pacuare White Water Rafting Tour has a minimum age of 14. This applies for the prearranged packages as well as for the custom made itineraries and services |

Hotel Pure is an international recognizable hotel brand name which acts as an intermediary to unify the fragmented small/medium size hotel market in developing countries while providing online booking of accommodations, transportation and tours through its website: www.hotelpure.com. Services provided for the passenger are in regards to online and over the phone hotel booking, travel whether by car, motor coach, railroad, boat or plane. Hotel Pure, its representatives nor employees will assume liability during such travel for injury, damage, loss accident, delay or irregularly which may be occasioned either by reason or defect in any vehicle or for any reason whatsoever, or through the acts of default or any company or person engaged in covering the passenger or in carrying out the arrangement of the tour. Hotel Pure cannot be held responsible for losses or additional expenses due to independent delay hotel or airline irregularities, sickness, weather or any tours, schedules and rates and to cancel or substitute stops on any tour without notice, and to use the services or affiliated companies as deemed necessary. |
All Personal Information provided by the customer will be voluntarily and willingly submitted by the user with the purpose of finalizing transaction in regards to the services offered on this website. Personal information such as name, address, email, phone number, services requested and any other contact information will be securely kept by Hotel Pure as a record of its customers and for an optimal customer service for future sales.
Personal Information such as Credit Cards, Bank Accounts, Social Security Numbers, ID numbers and any other financial or legal identification information will NOT be stored in our database. This type of Personal Information will be used at the moment the transaction is being carried out under strict and state of the art online security. After the transaction has been finalized and processed, this information will NOT be stored by Hotel Pure or any of its affiliates.

Reservation and Cancellation policies
Pre-arranged packages and itineraries:
In the case of pre-arranged packages, a 10% service charge will apply if canceled more than 45 calendar days before itinerary starts.
If the package is canceled less than 45 calendar days and more than 30 calendar days before itinerary starts, a 50% penalty charge applies.
If the package is canceled less than 30 calendar days before itinerary starts no refund applies.
No refunds apply for no-shows.
If you have purchased a pre-arranged package through the Hotel Pure website for the dates in Easter Week or Christmas week, special cancellation policies applies. 90 calendar days before arrival: 10% service charge applies. No refund applies if cancelled less than 90 calendar days before arrival.
